1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and hay baj ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using any portion of the hay baj website at https://hay-baj.com or any of its associated services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the hay baj platform and close your account if one exists. Your continued use of the platform following any posted update or amendment to these Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of those changes.
hay baj reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior individual notice. Amendments become effective upon publication on this page. 1.1 Governing Language
These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency or discrepancy between the English version and any translated version (if any), the English version shall prevail in all respects.
1.2 Applicable Law

Players are solely responsible for determining whether their access to and use of the hay baj platform complies with the laws of their local jurisdiction, including but not limited to Bangladesh. hay baj makes no representations regarding the lawfulness of the platform's use in any specific jurisdiction.
2. Eligibility and Registration
To register and maintain an account on hay baj, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:
- You must be at least 18 years of age. hay baj enforces a strict minimum age policy. 18+ only. Proof of age may be requested at any stage.
- You must be a human individual acting on your own behalf. Registrations made by automated means, bots, or on behalf of a third party are prohibited.
- You must not be a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or affiliate of hay baj or any of its technology, payment, or game-provider partners.
- You must not have been previously excluded from hay baj or any other gambling platform under a self-exclusion scheme at the time of registration.
- You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. Providing false registration details is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.
2.1 Registration Process
To create a hay baj account, you are required to submit a valid email address, a username, a password, and your date of birth. You will also be required to agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy before your registration is completed. hay baj may request additional verification information at any time as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations.
2.2 KYC Verification
hay baj applies a KYC verification process to all accounts prior to authorising withdrawals and in response to specific account activity triggers. KYC verification may require submission of one or more of the following documents:
- Government-issued photo identification (National ID card, passport, or driving licence)
- Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three months)

3. Account Obligations
As a registered player on hay baj, you accept the following ongoing obligations with respect to your account:
3.1 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. hay baj strongly recommends that you:
- Use a strong, unique password not shared with any other platform or service
- Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available in your account settings
- Log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices
- Never share your login credentials with any third party, including family members
hay baj will not be held liable for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must contact support immediately at [email protected].
3.2 Accurate Personal Information
You are required to keep the personal information on your hay baj account accurate and up to date at all times. This includes your email address, contact details, and payment method information. Changes to personal information should be submitted via the account settings panel or by contacting the support team. hay baj reserves the right to request re-verification of personal details at any time.
3.3 Account Currency
hay baj accounts for Bangladeshi players are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). All account balances, deposit values, withdrawal amounts, and bonus figures are displayed and processed in BDT. hay baj does not charge internal currency conversion fees on BDT-denominated transactions. Any conversion fees applied by third-party payment providers are outside hay baj's control and are not the responsibility of the platform.
3.4 Inactive Accounts
An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a period of 12 consecutive months. hay baj may apply a monthly inactivity fee to dormant accounts in accordance with the schedule published in the account settings section. Players will be notified by email before any inactivity fee is applied. Accounts with a zero balance that have been inactive for 24 months or more may be closed at hay baj's discretion.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.
4.1 Deposits
All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to family members — are not permitted. hay baj reserves the right to return deposits made from unverified or third-party sources and to close accounts where third-party funding is identified.

- Processing time: Instant for bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay; 1–3 business hours for bank transfers

4.2 Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification and compliance review prior to processing. hay baj processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes specified below, subject to the completion of any pending verification requirements.
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction
- Maximum withdrawal: As specified on the withdrawal page; subject to account tier and verification status
- Processing time: Typically within 2–6 hours for verified accounts using bKash or Nagad; up to 1 business day for bank transfers
- Withdrawal method: Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by hay baj's compliance team
4.3 Chargebacks and Reversals
Initiating a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute with your payment provider in respect of a deposit made to hay baj — without first contacting hay baj support to resolve the matter — is considered a material breach of these Terms. hay baj reserves the right to immediately suspend your account, reverse any outstanding winnings, and pursue recovery of any funds subject to a fraudulent chargeback through all available legal and civil remedies.
5. Bonus and Promotions Policy
hay baj offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published on the relevant promotion page, and to the general bonus policy set out in this section. In the event of any conflict, the promotion-specific terms take precedence.
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New players who register and make a qualifying first deposit are eligible for the hay baj welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000. The welcome bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The welcome bonus must be used within 30 days of being credited; unused bonus funds expire automatically after this period.
5.2 General Bonus Rules
- Only one bonus may be active on your account at any time unless otherwise specified
- Bonuses are not transferable between accounts and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met

5.3 Seasonal and Localised Promotions
hay baj runs seasonal promotions aligned with events significant to the Bangladeshi market, including BPL cricket tournaments, IPL season, T20 World Cup, Pohela Boishakh (Bengali New Year), Eid, and Victory Day (16 December). Each seasonal promotion carries its own specific terms and time limits, which are published on the promotions page at the time of the offer.
6. Game Rules and Fair Play
All casino games, live dealer tables, crash games, and sports betting markets available on hay baj are governed by the rules published within each game or market interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules applicable to any game or market before placing a wager.
6.1 Random Number Generator (RNG)

6.4 Malfunctions and Technical Errors
In the event of a malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during gameplay, hay baj will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the interrupted session from available server logs. Where a session cannot be reliably reconstructed, the wager placed during the affected round will be returned to the player's account. hay baj's decision regarding the outcome of any disputed game round is final, subject to the formal dispute resolution process set out in Section 8.
7. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the hay baj platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and bonuses, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate.
- Underage gambling: Registering or attempting to use the platform while under the age of 18

- Identity fraud: Providing false, misleading, or stolen personal information during registration or verification

- Circumventing restrictions: Using VPNs, proxy servers, or other technical means to access the platform from a jurisdiction where you are prohibited from doing so, or to circumvent account restrictions or self-exclusion measures
8. Account Suspension and Closure
hay baj reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
- Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or payment fraud
- Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a formal request
- Regulatory or legal requirement to cease providing services to a player or jurisdiction
- Player request for self-exclusion or account closure under the Responsible Gaming policy
- Account inactivity as defined in Section 3.4
8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hay baj's total liability to any player for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim. hay baj shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
